- Staff Education and Training:
- Provide state required staff training and education.
- Assist with staff orientation
- Systems Review and Implementation:
- Review current management and monitoring systems and make recommendations as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance/Quality Assurance:
- Conduct Internal Audits and Chart Review to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Develop internal audit forms as needed.
- Develop and implement a quality assurance program.
