On-call Advocate Program is designed to help independent individuals plan for their future as they age. It is a service that offers guidance and support to seniors who are looking to take an active role in directing their own aging journey, rather than reacting to challenges that arise with age.

This program serves as a safety net to provide individuals who may live alone, who have no children or whose family lives far away. It offers a sense of security and peace of mind, especially during difficult times or unexpected events ensuring that clients have the support they need to navigate any changes in their health or circumstances with confidence and peace of mind.
This affordable program includes: a comprehensive assessment, quarterly check ins (virtually and in-person) and ongoing access to our expert guidance with a Care Manager available for 24/7 emergencies.
