Chaplain Tracy Stevens is a leadership advisor and marketplace servant leader committed to living the Gospel in traditional and non-traditional business venues to develop kingdom-impacting organizations. Ms. Stevens has over 30 years of corporate leadership experience in governance, C-suite management, operations, and mergers and acquisitions for both the government and commercial industries.
She currently is a –
- Chief Experience Officer with CEO Experience, which partners with Christian Business Executives and leaders in making biblical impacts in the marketplace.
- The Chief Alignment Officer with Trusted Beacon LLC, a consulting services company that focuses on organizational strategy alignment and risk mitigation.
Ms. Stevens also serves as a Care Partner in her capacities as a Marketplace Chaplain and an ordained minister serving on the ministerial team at the First Baptist Church of Highland Park (FBHP). She is the author of the book “What Just Happened? Living the Redeemed Life (When All Hell Breaks Loose)”, which focuses on life recovery in the aftermath of sudden change or extreme loss, and a contributing author to FBHP’s collaborative book “Faithfully in His Care: Women Living In All Circumstances”. Ms. Stevens serves faithfully as part of the Praise Power Dance Ministry, the Missions Ministry, the Elevation Employment Ministry, and the Guiding Counseling Ministry. She is led daily by her favorite verse, Luke 1:37 which says, “Nothing is Impossible with God.”
